Process and Strategy

I've always struggled to focus. Studying, working, anything that required sustained attention, my mind would wander before I got anywhere useful. At some point I came across research on ambient noise and how certain sound frequencies help regulate attention and promote sleep. I tried it myself and it worked. What I couldn't find was a version that didn't interrupt itself with ads or feel like it was designed for someone else. So I made one. Unleash started as a solution to my own problem, built with the same care I'd put into any creative project, and pointed at everyone who struggles the same way.

Creative Solution

Each video is a 10 hours long single audio file, paired with a minimal visual that matches the tone of the sound. The production is intentionally invisible — the work is in the quality of the audio and the discipline of not over-producing it. The channel's tagline, "Keep you locked in and sleeping well," says everything the content needs to say.

The Pink Noise video alone has over 575,000 views. Viewers have left comments describing real outcomes: a student who went from 78% to 100% in an exam, someone who got into their target university, people with ADHD who found their first quiet. The comment section has become its own accountability community, with the most-liked comment — 897 likes — reminding other viewers to stop scrolling and get back to work. The content is still being discovered, remixed into 23 Shorts by other creators, and watched daily by people who have made it part of their routine.
